I have enjoyed countless of hands of blackjack. I started sneaking into the gambling halls when I was 16. I have gambled on online blackjack, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a little while. Given all that I have still spent an abundance of bankroll at 21. The gambling halls have made it very hard to defeat the house.
I still enjoy the game and gamble on a regular basis. Over the years I have gambled on a variation of blackjack called "The Take it Leave it Method". You certainly won’t get flush with this method or defeat the house, nonetheless you will have an abundance of fun. This tactic is centered on the fact that chemin de fer seems to be a game of runs. When you are hot your on fire, and when you are not you are NOT!
I play basic strategy vingt-et-un. When I lose I bet the table minimum on the successive hand. If I do not win again I bet the lowest amount allowed on the subsequent hand again etc. As soon as I win I take the payout paid to me and I bet the original bet again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I win again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original wager. I continue wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I do not win I lower the action back down to the original value.
I am very disciplined and do not "chicken out". It gets extremely exciting sometimes. If you succeed at a few hands in sequence your wagers go up very fast. Before you realize it you are gambling $100-200/ hand. I have had awesome streaks a few times now. I departed a $5 table at the Venetian a few years back with $750 after 60 mins using this technique! And a couple of months ago in Macau I left a game with $1200!
You have to comprehend that you can give up a lot faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more thrilling. And you will be aghast at the runs you notice playing this way. Here is a chart of what you would wager if you kept winning at a $5 game.
Bet $5
Take 5 dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial five dollar bet
Bet 5 dollar
Leave 5 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of ten dollar
Wager 10 dollar
Take ten dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial 10 dollar wager
Bet $10
Leave $10 paid-out to you for a total wager of twenty dollar
Wager $20
Take $20 paid to you, leave the initial twenty dollar bet
Wager twenty dollar
Leave twenty dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of 40 dollar
Bet 40 dollar
Take forty dollar paid to you, leave the original 40 dollar bet
Wager 40 dollar
Leave $40 paid to you for a total wager of 80 dollar
Bet $80
Take 80 dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial 80 dollar bet
Wager eighty dollar
Leave $80 paid-out to you for a total bet of 160 dollar
Bet one hundred and sixty dollar
Take $160 paid-out to you, leave the original one hundred and sixty dollar bet
If you departed at this point you would be up 315 dollar !!
It is hard to go on a streak this long, but it occasionally happen. And when it does you can’t deviate and drop your wager or the final result won’t be the same.
